UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE INSPECT ALL OF YOUR ITEMS IN YOUR PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY!

WE STRIVE TO PACK EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN A UNIFORM WAY, TO ALLOW THEM TO ARRIVE SAFELY TO YOU & IN A TIMELY MANNER,  HOWEVER, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES WE CANNOT CONTROL, SOME ITEMS CAN STILL GET DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS.

IF UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE AN ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, BROKEN, OR UNSATISFACTORY, IT MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED (IF ITEM IS IN STOCK) WITHIN 3-5 DAYS. 

PRIOR TO RETURN,  PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN PACKAGE SHIPPING NUMBER, THAT HAS TO BE INCLUDED INSIDE OF EACH PACKAGE UPON RETURN/EXCHANGE.
